Andrew Clark

Andrew brings three decades of experience leading operations and capital markets, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Operations at Nearwater Capital, a specialty finance firm. Before that, he built and ran operating infrastructure at UBS and MF Global — learning firsthand how much a fast-moving business depends on the systems nobody sees.

He works directly with founders and leadership teams — no account managers, no hand-offs — building the processes and structure that let a growing business run without you having to hold every piece of it in your head.
